Richard Galvan, once again can’t help himself. He has spent years propping himself up to be in authoritative positions over minors and young people. Even after all of the truth of his criminal sexual deviancy has come out, along with the Court’s determining his actions are a matter of public concern for the safety and well being of the community, he still can’t help but put himself in places over young people.
Court records establish that Richard Galvan was found to have engaged in criminal sexual misconduct, and the court has deemed his actions a matter of public concern for community safety. Given those findings, his continued involvement with minors raises serious safety concerns and should be reviewed by the appropriate authorities.
Oddly enough, his new business has turned OFF the review section because he doesn’t want the truth of the allegations being posted on his business page.
Parents need to be warned, and notified who they are sending their children to learn from. Richard Galvan shouldn’t be in any position to lead, coach, or be an authority over ANY minor with his past.
HIT Athletic then attempted to make a post saying the allegations made against Richard were false, and they were pursuing legal action…. This is a blatant lie to protect his business. Richard and Sonia Galvan already sued us for speaking the truth, and lost. This is strictly for image control, and the fact that he continues lying about it publicly, shows he is still a very real threat to the safety of young people.
